Meet Petey

Petey is a little ray of sunshine wrapped in fur. This chonky orange tabby kitty has the softest paws, the biggest snuggles, and a heart so full of love it barely fits in his tiny body. Born with special needs—including features consistent with feline Down syndrome—Petey sees the world a little differently, and that’s exactly what makes him magical.

He’s the kind of kitty who melts into your arms, follows you like a shadow, and purrs like a motorboat the moment he’s near someone kind. While he may need a bit of extra care, Petey makes up for it tenfold in affection, trust, and soul-deep sweetness.

What Petey wants most is a second chance—a quiet home, a warm lap, and a family who sees him not for what he lacks, but for everything he gives.

Petey is clearly not one of our foster cats. He’s a placeholder for a couple weeks until our cats do check into the catquarium.
